1. You Get 14 Days to Change Your Mind

  • The countdown starts the day your parcel is shown as delivered.

  • Return Postage Is Borne By The Buyer.

  • Send the item back unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with the original tags and packaging.

2. You Cover Return Postage

  • Choose a tracked courier so you can see where the parcel is; the goods are your responsibility until we sign for them.

3. When Will the Money Be Back?

After we receive and check the parcel, we press the “refund” button within 2 business days. Your payment provider then needs extra time:

4. Starting a Return in 3 Quick Moves

  2. We reply within 1 business day with the warehouse address and packing tips.

  3. Ship the parcel, then email us the tracking link so we can watch for its arrival.

5. Sorry—We Can’t Take It Back If…

  • You email us after the 14‑day window.

  • The item shows signs of wear, washing, stains, damage, or missing parts.

  • It’s a custom order or clearly marked Final Sale / Non‑Returnable when you bought it.
